It is too early to give up, give in or give out.  It is time to press on, have faith and endure.

I can’t give the world all the encouragement it needs, but the world needs all the encouragement I can give.

You can not get smaller on the outside until you get bigger on the inside.  You will never get bigger on the inside until you stop eating garbage and believing that because you sometimes feel weak, small and unworthy then that means you are weak, small and unworthy.

Accept this truth and be set free…

You are not how you feel.  Although at times you may feel afraid, damaged or broken, the truth is…

You are safe.

You are healed.

You are whole.

You have nothing to fear.

You have no reason to be afraid.

You are wonderful.

Begin taking action now,

while being neurotic or imperfect or a

procrastinator or unhealthy or lazy or any

other label by which you inaccurately

describe yourself.

Go ahead and be the best imperfect

person you can be and get started

on those things you want to accomplish

Pick-up the phone and call somebody that you know who is fighting against the odds or facing a formidable foe and encourage them.  Remind them that no matter how dire their circumstance they have what it takes to overcome it because ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

Every time I find myself whining about not having enough time to do everything that needs to be done I think about Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  He lived only thirty-nine years and yet he found the time to transform this nation.

Obstacles are like wild animals.  They are cowards but they will bluff if you can.  If they see you are afraid of them… they are liable to spring upon you; but if you look them squarely in the eye, they will slink out of sight.

Nobody trips over the mountain.  It is the small pebble that causes you to stumble.  Pass all the pebbles in your path and you will have crossed the mountain.  (Author Unknown)

My husband shared this very powerful quote with me the other day:  There is no can’t only won’t.  He wasn’t sure of the source but whoever said it certainly knew what they were talking about.
